This chapter is the bridge between theory and practice. The “Practical Squad” was a small group of followers who received real-time trade signals, position updates, and post-trade analysis from the master during 2025.
How Theory Meets Execution
The gap between understanding a concept and executing it in live markets is enormous. Most traders who “know” stop-loss is essential still fail to set it. Most traders who “know” revenge trading is destructive still do it. The Practical Squad was designed to close this gap through direct, supervised practice.
Key Learning Moments
1. Signal Identification in Real Time The master demonstrates how to identify entry signals not through complex analysis, but through structural observation — where is price relative to key levels? What is the 5MA doing? Is there propulsion or exhaustion?
2. Position Sizing Under Pressure Even with the master watching, squad members made sizing mistakes — too large when confident, too small when fearful. The logs show the constant battle between ego-driven sizing and rule-driven sizing.
3. Stop-Loss Execution as Spiritual Practice The most impactful lessons came from trades where stop-losses were hit. The master’s response was always the same: analyze whether the logic was wrong, not whether the stop was too tight. This distinction separates survivors from victims.
4. The Temptation of “Almost” Signals Many squad entries were triggered by “almost signals” — setups that looked good but didn’t meet all criteria. The master’s rule: if it doesn’t meet ALL criteria, it’s not a signal. Period. No “almost” trades.
